Garbrella warrants to the original owner that the vinyl pergola material will be free from defects when handled in a proper manner. The vinyl warranty period follows the first 30 years from the approved purchased date.

Vinyl Warranty Qualifications:

  • Peeling, flaking, blistering, rotting, corroding, or yellowing under normal product usage
  • Excessive scratches or dents that are unrelated to shipping or handling

Vinyl Warranty Limitations:

  • Damage caused by installation or movement of the ground
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling or storage
  • Paints, varnishes, chemicals, or other cleaning agents that are not approved for vinyl use
  • Fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, hail, windstorm, hurricane, tornado, snow, or other acts of God
  • Discoloration or other damage caused by normal weathering, atmospheric pollution, or other harmful vapors
  • Is not responsible for installation or replacement for damaged material

Vinyl Warranty Claims:

Garbrella must have reasonable opportunity and time to inspect the product. Pictures and other forms of proof must be available for Garbrella to approve. All defected material or other claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovery or could reasonably have been discovered.

Vinyl Warranty Remedies:

Garbrella reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of its products. Garbrella may substitute a discontinued product for a similar product. In case of a legitimate claim, Garbrella will repair or provided replacement for defective product. Garbrella also reserves the right to refund original owner for the amount paid of defective material.
